The nursery

        The Little Bamboo Foundation, Inc. sends a nurse, financial contribution and about ten children to the nursery; Sister Anne Healy is responsible for the management.

These children were select according to three criteria:

• Some of them suffer from malnutrition,

• Others experience developmental difficulties

• The others have working mothers
   

Parents provide Sister Anne with a daily financial contribution.

Assisting the elderly

        Our Goal is to provide elderly individuals with no family support and living below the poverty line with a meal and medical attention.

        This program is managed by Sister Anne, assisted by a social worker from Little Bamboo Foundation, Inc. Today, about fifteen people benefit from these services, free of charge.
