ASSISTING THE FAMILIES

        The goal is :

• to involve parents in the education of their children

• to identify problems and assist beneficiary families into solving them
   

        A team of three social workers assists 70 families of the children from the kindergarten. After a comprehensive discussion which each family, they have identified priority families and the specific needs of each beneficiary family.

        They organize for example :

• regular visits

• parent-child workshops

• training (concerning, for example, Children Rights, children’s developmental stages)
   

        If need be, they also direct them to appropriate humanitarian organizations (for medical assistance for example).
